COURSE OVERVIEW
D.El.Ed (Diploma in Elementary Education) is a two-year full-time diploma course for individuals who want to become teachers at the elementary level (classes 1-8). The course is offered by the Board of School Education, Haryana (BSEH) in collaboration with the State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERT), Haryana.
The D.El.Ed course is designed to prepare students for a career in teaching at the elementary level. The course covers various subjects related to education such as Child Development, Pedagogy, Teaching-Learning Strategies, School Management, and ICT in Education.
The curriculum is designed to provide a holistic education to the students and to equip them with the necessary skills and knowledge required to become effective teachers.
- Candidates Desirous of taking teaching jobs at nursery and primary level in Govt. or Pvt. Schools.
- One who has recently cleared 10+2 from a recognized board and is planning to do graduation through correspondence is most suitable candidate to do the course. to become a Teacher must be the main reason to do the course.
- Any other candidate who is pursing Graduation through distance mode and wants to be a primary school teacher can do this course.
- Any other who is 24yrs or under this age may do so, if desirous of becoming a teacher.
